For over 110 years, The Elms Hotel has been providing high-end accommodations for those traveling to the KC area. The beautiful property has overgone many upgrades throughout the decades, but time was certainly taking its toll on the exterior of the hotel before CertaPro Painters® of Shawnee Mission, KS arrived.
The intricate, custom woodwork on the exterior was rotting and needed to be replaced. Paint was chipping and peeling on doors, soffits, windows, fences, light poles, fire escapes and more. This was a large undertaking, but years of experience prepared the expert CertaPro crew for this opportunity.

For a project of this magnitude, we brought only our most experienced painters to the job, hence the 4 weeks. If we’d cut corners, it could have been done sooner, but the CertaPro Team always gives 110%, every time.
